Sesame Chili Garlic Noodles

These vegan sesame chili garlic noodles are packed with Asian flavors and quick to make. I have used veggies, air-fried crispy tofu, and instant rice noodles to make this quick dinner. For flavors, I have prepared a sauce using roasted sesame, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and chili crunch oil. As easy as it could get right!!

  • Boiling pan

  • 3 packs Instant Rice Noodles
  • 1/2 pack Tofu extra firm
  • 1/2 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Chili Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Chili crunch oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive/avocado oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Spring onions for garnishing



  • Boil noodles according to instructions on the package
  • Once boiled, drain the noodles using a colander and then toss the noodles with 1/2 tablespoon oil so that they don’t stick. Set aside.


  • To air-fry or bake tofu, press and chop tofu block into cubes, mix sesame oil and 1 tsp soy sauce to the tofu and coat it well
  • After seasoning tofu, air-fry on 400 F for 14 mins or bake in over at 425 F for 20 mins. Turn tofu half way through


  • In a small pan dry roast sesame seeds and crush in mortar-pastel
  • Take avocado or olive oil in a pan and heat it. Once hot, add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min
  • Next add the veggies into the pan and cook for 3-4 mins
  • Add crush sesame seeds, salt, soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, chili crunch oil and chili garlic paste and stir well. Let this cook for 2 mins
  • Lastly, add crispy baked tofu and cook noodles and mix everything well
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve hot
